If you have a question that we cannot answer, we will research the answer using our solar network resources. We aim to answer all questions within three days although some make take a little longer.

You can also fax us with any questions or information you require.

Access to a fax machine can be very handy to send sketches and photographs of your location or property, please feel free to fax your questions too.
